I dealt with anxiety. I have diabetes in my background. I have heart issues in my background, and I thought, you know, maybe I should check this out. I’m doing much better now, I did succeed in the program. I think the one thing that was really interesting to me was the food sensitivities. I have 22, and when I took them out of my diet, things just really happened, and it’s interesting.
