“Before I came to see Dr. Goodbinder, I was very tired, very anxious. I was about 20 pounds overweight. I was just really struggling to get through every day. We went to a seminar to see him and were very intrigued by what he had to say. So I came in, and had the initial consultation with him and really felt like he was the only doctor that really understood what I was dealing with on a daily basis.
I was very anxious to get my first panel of blood work back because every doctor just takes your blood work and gives it back to you and says, “This is the pill you need.” Dr. Goodbinder flipped it and was like, “No, this is what you need to be eating and what you need to be doing in everyday, normal life in order to combat what this bloodwork says for you.”
The program that he sets up goes hand-in-hand with the blood work, the classes, the supplements he gives you to supplement all of the bad stuff that we’ve done to our body’s for so long. Between Danielle’s nutritional classes and learning what I should and shouldn’t eat, what I’m allergic to, what I’m sensitive too — all those things combined along with the daily exercise and supplemental and overall support from Dr. Goodbinder. Every time I came in he had a very positive, warm “let me help you, let me fix you” attitude, which is very different.
There was one thing that stuck out for me during the first initial seminar that we went to. Basically, you go to a regular doctor and get about five minutes of their time. I can honestly say that every time I’ve been with Dr. Goodbinder, it has not been less than 30 minutes. There are times where he’s sat down with me and talked about things that weren’t even about my program or what was going on with it, but he had taken a general well-being look at my life and what I needed and where things were going.
If he could help me, he did. If he didn’t think he could help me, he definitely pointed me in the direction to where I could find help. He is very, very helpful and you can just see the passion in him and the entire staff here. So I would say after today, I’m 20 pounds lighter, very knowledgable about the food I put into my body, what it does for me, and what it does to hinder my lifestyle and the things that I have going on in my life.
Exercise and food are definitely the key to keeping everything in balance, and he is very good at showing you exactly what you need to do to get to the best part of being healthy for the rest of your life. So for that I am eternally grateful, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who has any type of chronic illness or autoimmune disorder. He’s definitely the man to work through those kinds of things for you.”
