How To Manage Type 2 Diabetes

  • Take Responsibility
  • Become Accountable
  • Learn what it takes to truly make you better

The best way to manage your type-2 diabetes according to the medical community is to take an
oral glucophage – metformin, or glimepiride. Then, as your condition gets worse, you probably start taking insulin too. However, from my perspective I’ve seen many people with type-2 diabetes who were on metformin, glimepiride, or insulin become completely insulin-tolerant again and get their blood sugar between 80-89 on fasting blood sugar. Without any medication when their blood sugar before coming in was 160 while medicated.

Side Effects of Type 2 Diabetes Medication

These drugs used for type 2 diabetes that keep your blood sugar low have serious side effects. They can harm your kidneys as well many other organs in your body. These medicines keep your blood sugar down at the expense of other organ systems.

I’m advocating for change in your life by taking responsibility, becoming accountable, and learning
what it takes to truly get you better. Do not just follow the FDA guidelines on what the food pyramid is, but truly understand what it takes for you to be healthy because you’re not the same as your friend, neighbor, sister, or brother.

You are an individual, and it’s important to find out what it takes for you to be optimally healthy.

Are you ready to restore your life?
