What causes Crohn’s Disease?

The cause of Crohn’s disease is really unknown right now in the medical community, as they say “Well it’s just genetic.” In my opinion, and science would back me up on this, genetic diseases don’t have to ever express themselves. Just because it is in your genes, doesn’t mean that it is active. We want to make sure and keep genetic diseases, like Crohn’s disease, dormant, by doing what it takes to keep our inflammation down:

Keeping Crohn’s Disease Dormant

  • Balance out our hormones
  • Make our organs work right
  • Make sure we are sufficient in our nutrients and in our lifestyle

Therefore, the cause of Crohn’s Disease is a lifestyle that is not congruent with the way your body should be reacting.
