This test is to detect the presence of the APOE4 variant, which is associated with increased risk of late-onset (age >60-65) Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Testing may be considered for patients with dementia to supplement information from clinical and other evaluations.
This test measures the amount of myeloperoxidase (MPO) in the blood. MPO is an enzyme produced by white blood cells. Elevated MPO levels are a strong indicator that there is inflammation in a person’s artery walls due to plaque buildup. This type of inflammation greatly increases the risk of cardiovascular events such as a heart attack. Even in people with normal cholesterol, elevated MPO can mean their heart health is at risk.
The PLAC Test measures the amount of Lp-PLA2 in the bloodstream. Lp-PLA2 is an enzyme that can assess the amount of inflammation in your arteries due to a build-up of cholesterol. This test can help assess your risk for heart disease or stroke.

Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is a hormone that stimulates the development of male characteristics. It is made through the conversion of testosterone. Almost 10% of the testosterone produced by an adult each day is converted to DHT. DHT is more powerful than testosterone.

Epstein-Barr Virus test measures elevated levels of Epstein-Barr Virus in the blood. EBV typically lasts 3-4 months, however persistently elevated levels suggest reactivation and persistence of EBV infection.
