Reading has several proven natural health benefits such as: helping develop new brain synapses, exciting neural pathways, reducing stress, and lessening the likelihood of Alzheimer’s disease. To unlock a greater understanding regarding how to live an optimally healthy lifestyle, I have two book recommendations to check out.
The first, “Defending Your Life: Your Guide to Amazing Success and Incredible Health,” was authored by myself and originally published in 2017. In this fast-paced read, I address the questions that our souls wrestle with on a daily basis — “How do I achieve my dreams without fearing failure?” This book is a guiding star to helping you follow your passions, and find true meaning for your life’s work. In my book, I tackle the major items of:
- How to Find Eternal Bliss
- What Tools are Necessary for Gaining Health and Happiness
- Ways to Find Peace and Well-Being
- Experiencing Your Dreams Coming True
Another good read I am a big proponent of is, “The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter & Miracles.” Written by medical school professor and leading research scientist, Bruce Lipton, his ground-breaking book flips prior thinking on its head, and voices the power of functional medicine.
Current medical narrative pushes the ideology that DNA controls our body’s biology, but research has shown that outside signals are largely responsible for what occurs on a cellular level. That translates to diet, environment, physical fitness, mental stressors, and other outside factors that can positively or negatively impact our overall well-being.
