Energy, Sleep and Mood Success Story

Low Energy, Sleep & Mood Disorders – Client Success Story

“I was highly recommended to Dr. Goodbinder’s office by a family member. I put it off for a long time. I was pretty stubborn like most of us are. When we’re having health challenges, we think were tough and can keep pushing through. But, I hit a breaking point. I hit a point in my life where the pain was too great. I was waking up everyday feeling very, very bad. I couldn’t tell what it was. I was sleeping 9, 10, 11 hours a night sometimes, and I’d wake up feeling like I hadn’t slept at all. I had asthma my entire life, migraines, a history of seizures, a lot of challenging things to have to deal with on a regular basis.

After coming in for the initial consultation and kinda seeing what Dr. Goodbinder had recommended, he had put me on an exercise program with supplements that were catered to my specific needs based on the blood work and all the tests that they ran on me. I changed to pretty much a full-blown gluten-free, paleo-type diet. I was drinking water only, and started exercising maybe only 20 minutes a day.

I started noticing a lot of changes initially. My body was definitely responding. It wasn’t the easiest in the beginning, but now after about six months of the program, I am a completely new human being. I have not felt this good since I was about a child, about 10-years old before I put all the chemicals in my body, all the foods – the McDonald’s and Taco Bells. I’m reborn. My body feels great. I wake up happy. I need less sleep. When I used to go to bed, I would stay up late and have to sleep throughout the night. I would work afternoons or late at night. I got to a point where literally I can wake up on my own at 5, 5:50, 6 in the morning, and I’m ready to go.

I feel excited. I feel rested, and everything’s great. Life is great. Thank you Dr. Goodbinder for saving my life and making me feel great!”
